Using quantitative and qualitative research analysis, I reinvented the Subaru Digital Retail Kiosk experience. I discovered the true use case of the retail kiosk and shifted the content from website style for customers to a “weatherman” style presentation tool for sales associates.
The Subaru Digital Showroom 2.0 assists sales associates in their presentation. It positions them as knowledge experts and provides tools to move the customer through the sales funnel more effectively.
Weatherman style interface on the right allowed sales associate to share content without turning their backs to the customer. Accessing retail optimized content with less clicks to discover increased usage and engagement.
Color and model selectors allowed for more productive lot pull-ups and kept customers captivated and educated while preparing for test drives.
Technology demonstrations brought hidden new-to-the-world features to life with understanding and emotion.
It not only successfully increased engagement it also closed sales on all-new models before they even reached the dealership!
